The Opportunity:
We are looking for an energetic Branch Manager to join our management team! As a part of our team, you will be responsible to ensure that our employees are trained and successful, oversee store operations to meet sales goals and objectives and to make certain that our customers have a positive experience in the Youngstown market.

WEBB Supply is a HVAC Wholesale business with 6 branches in Northeast Ohio that has been providing brand name products, expert technical knowledge and superior customer service to the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration) industry for over 50 years.
You will be responsible for:
Team management
Training of employees
Business Management and Financial Success
Customer Sales and Service
Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment
Overall facility appearance, safety and maintenance
Counter sales and outside sales
Represent Webb Supply at tradeshows and community events
What you need to do the job:
5 years of work experience as a Branch or Department Manager
Knowledge in operations and management procedures and best practices
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Hands on experience with our computer software and databases
Leadership skills and ability to manage process and staff
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
BA/BS degree or work experience equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
