OpCenter MES Developer

4-7 years of experience in CAMSTAR.

MES Developer (OpCenter Discrete highly Preferred)

Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management.

Managing periodic governance and reporting.

Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management.

Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customers manufacturing & business processes.

SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability.

Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.

Coordination & contribute with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.

Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc.

Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.

Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems.

Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members.

Development in Opcenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, Mendix.

Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build.

Implementation and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens Opcenter MOM platform.

Development in Opcenter MOM platform.

Experience on Opcenter AMS, managing L2 support and service request delivery.

Knowledge of ITSM processes.

Experience in Siemens MOM platform including - Opcenter Execution Foundation, Opcenter EX DS, Opcenyer IPL, Opcenter Connect MOM, Mendix, Automation gateway (AGW), Data Bridge, Active Integration Gateway (AIG)

Domain experience in Mfg. Industry.

Knowledge of Opcenter customization & extensions.

Knowledge of OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing.

Analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail.

Good Knowledge of Agile framework.

MUST HAVE:
