Job Summary:

This position will be a member of the WhiteWater accounting department in Austin or Houston. Responsibilities include providing support to the various applications and end-users by managing user access, performing application configuration, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the overall administration of company software applications, ensuring smooth user experience and compliance with security protocols, requiring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication to manage user requests and application updates effectively.

Qualifications:

2-5 years relevant work experience in an administrative support role, preferably with exposure to application management

Knowledge of IT concepts and procedures

Preferred experience with ERP NetSuite, Enverus (Open Order/Open Invoice/Open Ticket), Gatekeeper (Vendor Management), Adaptive, and Concur

Ability to apply strong attention to detail and multi-task

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple priorities

Results-oriented with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead others

System integration monitoring, error analysis, and problem resolution

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with business applications (Inventory system, ERP, HR, Invoicing Systems)

Basic understanding of network infrastructure and security concepts

Responsibilities:

User Account Management:

Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across various applications based on employee changes and department needs.

Manage user access levels and permissions to ensure compliance with security standards.

Assist with password resets and account lockouts.

Application Configuration:

Perform basic application configuration tasks such as adding new fields, adjusting settings, and updating data mappings.

Assist with application upgrades and patches under the guidance of the Applications Administrator.

Troubleshooting Support:

Respond to basic application-related user queries and troubleshoot common issues.

Escalate complex technical problems.

Data Management:

Import and export data within applications as needed.

Maintain data integrity by performing data cleansing and validation checks.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports on application usage and user activity to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

Assist in gathering data for application performance analysis and evaluation.

Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain user guides and documentation for application functionalities.

Provide application training to new employees.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience
