We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager (Owner’s Representative) to lead full-lifecycle data center construction projects—from early design through commissioning and final handover. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for a project leader with a strong background in general contracting or trades (electrical or mechanical focus) who thrives in complex environments.Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Lead the full lifecycle of data center construction projects—from design and procurement to commissioning and closeout.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely decision-making.
Schedule Control: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; proactively manage timelines and potential delays.
Budget Management: Track project budgets, manage change orders, and provide accurate cost forecasting and financial reporting.
Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets project specs, code requirements, and safety standards.
Commissioning: Oversee commissioning and systems testing to ensure all deliverables are operational and well-documented at turnover.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain momentum and avoid disruptions.
Hybrid Work: Participate in a 30–60 day hybrid work schedule, balancing remote coordination with on-site presence.Qualifications
5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally in the data center or mission-critical infrastructure space
Previous experience with a General Contractor (GC) or MEP trade (electrical/mechanical)
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and their application in technical facilities
Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Revit
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to read, interpret, and manage complex construction and engineering documentationPreferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is a plusBonus Points For
Familiarity with commissioning processes and system-level integration testing in mission-critical environments
Proven ability to drive project delivery—on time, on budget, and with quality at the forefront
