Location: Atlanta, GA or Salt Lake City, UT (100% on-site)

YOUR IMPACT

In this pivotal role, you'll be a catalyst for agile growth, directly influencing the effectiveness of our transformation. Your key contributions will involve:

Knowledge Transfer Through Dynamic Learning:Develop and conduct impactful training programs for diverse stakeholders within Product and R&D, from leadership to team members, cultivating a robust understanding of agile methodologies.

Driving Consensus in Interactive Forums:Facilitate engaging workshop sessions, fostering collaborative problem-solving and driving alignment on critical initiatives.

Integrating Agile Practices Within Teams:Actively participate in scrum events, providing real-time guidance and ensuring teams effectively apply agile principles.

Individualized Growth Through Coaching:Deliver targeted coaching to Scrum Masters and Managers, enhancing their leadership capabilities and agile proficiency.

Extending Agile Excellence Across Geographies:Provide expertise and support to distributed teams within the US and potentially internationally, ensuring consistent implementation of agile best practices.

YOUR SKILLSET

To excel in this role, you will possess:

Deep Proficiency in Lean Agile Frameworks:Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Lean Agile principles.

Proven Track Record in Agile Education: Extensive experience in designing and delivering effective agile training and interactive workshops and success assessments to leadership and teams.

Exceptional Mentoring and Guidance Abilities: Strong aptitude for coaching and mentoring, empowering individual leaders and team members to achieve their full potential.

Superior Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences at all levels.

Experience in Supporting Geographically Dispersed Teams: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote teams.
