Requirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Preferred to have previous LPN experience

MUST hold a current CPR Certification

MUST hold an active LPN license

Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan by patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

Monitor clients’ conditions; report changes to RNS
