PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Fleet Specialist to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

The Fleet Specialist provides analysis and support for the Fleet Operations area in the Commercial Department. This position will review, analyze, and approve fleet invoices and bills and coordinate with the Fleet Manager and schedulers on rail metrics. They will coordinate with accounting on month end process.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and pass for payment vendor invoices:

Leases

Subleases

Transloading and Thruput Invoices

Railcar Storage

Inspection Fees

Other Misc. invoices

Coordinate Month-end accruals with PBF Accounting

Coordinate Railcar Storage with Fleet Manager and Schedulers

Coordinate Fleet metrics with Fleet Manager and Schedulers

Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree or relevant experience

1 plus years’ experience in oil & gas industry preferred but not required

2 plus years in a role with proven problem solving skills - proven strong analytical, accounting, and problem solving skills to accurately interpret data

2 plus years’ experience in accounting preferred

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

High degree of organizational skills

High degree of initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to multi-task, meeting multiple and competing priorities

Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Proficient knowledge with SAP
