Cheree Berry Paper & Design is looking for a Senior Client Service Manager and Project Manager to join our team!

We are a team of creatives that approaches all aspects of the design process withenthusiasm, passion and meticulous care! Founded in 2006, primarily as a custom stationery company, we have evolved into an award-winning design firmrenowned for its sophisticated solutions across all communication mediums.Our team includes designers, illustrators, copywriters, account managers and a full production staff.

How youll spend your days:

Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing a range of client projects from kick-off through completion. Your key responsibilities will include client communication, collaboration with our design and production departments, and managing our vendors to ensure all client engagements are facilitated successfully, on-time, on-quality, and on-budget.

Our ideal candidate:

An Experienced Project Manager: You have 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager. You are a master at developing project architectures and budgets, creating timelines, and overseeing successful execution of client projects with multiple components and deliverables. You have experience with PM and CRM software, such as Asana, Hubspot or Workamajig.

Experience working with print production would be a plus, as would agency or events experience.

A Skilled Communicator: You understand the luxury market and the unique needs of clients. You are candid, kind, and like to focus on creating understanding and collaboration, within our team, for our vendors and for each of our clients. You have strict attention to detail.

A Problem Solver: Challenges are going to happen and you are prepared for anything! You have a Plan A, Plan B, Plan C and beyond. You like to move fast, focus on process and learn along the way.

Great with Numbers: You have experience managing project budgets to ensure that everyone has the resources to be successful. You love digging into the details no matter how small. You are an Excel guru.

Salary and Benefits

The salary starts at $90,000 for this role. We offer a great benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k with match, paid company holidays, paid time off, and paid sick days. While we're mostly an in-person organization, you will have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
