Our client in Plano is looking for a File Clerk, temp-to-perm opportunity, on-site. Must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Experience coding and filing documents
Experience operating basic office equipment, (e.G., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and computer programs)
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced high-volume environment
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and relate well to others
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers both in written and verbal communications
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information
Strong dedication to performing and producing at the highest level of quality at all times
Positive demeanor passionate about customer happiness
High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsPhysical Requirements
Read rapidly from both paper and a computer terminal
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as: lifting, standing, sitting, reaching, twisting, sealing envelopes, filing, and reading
Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs. And push cartsDuties / Responsibilities
Perform file operations and maintenance including file storage, maintenance, interfiling, consolidations, and audits and searches and respond to file requests
Filing copies of Auto-related SLP documents
Providing support for the processing of forms and applications used in the SLP process.
Other duties as assigned
Handling inbound correspondence by printing, notating accounts, and distributing to appropriate persons
Filing documents both physically and electronically and maintaining the file systemPreferred
