PLC Programmer

We’re excited to share an opportunity for an Electrical Designer/PLC Programmer .

Daily Responsibilities May Include but Are Not Limited To:

Designing and drafting electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical,

Programming, testing, and troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)

Conducting system debugging, diagnostics, and optimization for efficiency.

Collaborating with mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless system integration.

Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Supporting commissioning, installation, and on-site troubleshooting as required.

Mandatory Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and electrical design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical

Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical control systems.

Understanding of industrial automation, motor controls, and panel design.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.

The ability to travel internationally. (25%)

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
