Responsibilities

Peraton seeks an Operational Technology (OT) Operations Specialist to conduct OT sensor strategy and characterization of sensor threat data. Location: Fort Eisenhower.

Task include:

Characterize anomalous behaviors and activities, differentiating between potential adversarial actions, system malfunctions, and compliance deviations

Provide comprehensive network mapping and analysis of Army OT and critical infrastructure control systems, identifying critical nodes, dependencies, and potential vulnerabilities.

Support triage and analysis of cyberspace telemetry data collected from sensors monitoring Army CI/OT systems.

Support timely and accurate creation of incident tickets utilizing automated tooling when anomalous activity is detected.

Support on-site assessments

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years of experience

Must have 4 - 6 years of experience addressing knowledge of OT cybersecurity best practices, threat landscape, and mitigation strategies in SCADA, PLC, Human Machine Interface (HMI), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and other industrial automation systems.

Requires IAT Level II certification

Requires CSSP-Analyst certification

Must have completed ISA/IEC 62443, or SANS ICS 456, or SANS ICS 515, or SANS ICS 612

Must have advanced experience and technical knowledge of OT with demonstrated expertise in cyber operations and defensive support across the Intel/Operations cycle tailored to secure/defend Army OT/critical infrastructure in the cyber domain (analysis & reporting activities).

Recommended certifications include:

SANS GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) Certification (FOR578) for intelligence,

SANS Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) Certification (ICS410) for technical OT and CI knowledge

or a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing intelligence support to OT/ICS cybersecurity

Active DOD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain Polygraph and MEAD

U.S Citizenship Required

Must be able to travel and/or provide surge support

Preferred:

IAT Level III

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
