Accounts Receivable Associate

Financial Additions is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a great contract-to-hire position in Los Colinas. Company is growing and ready to add to their AR/Credit team!

Responsibilities include:

Assist with month-end activities and year-end close process

Cash Receipts Application

Customer account reconciliation and update customer information as needed

Collect and maintain sales tax exemption certificates

Assistance with Billing /Accounts Payable as requested Qualifications include:

3+ years of full cycle AR including including cash application, credit, and account reconciliations

Proficiency using Microsoft Excel

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Positive attitude, detailed, organized and dependable

High School graduate - some college a plus #INDD
