Responsibilities
We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Writer to play a key role in our busy RV Service Center, working directly with customers to guide them through the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing process while helping to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Creating and managing work orders, working closely with customers throughout the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) process.
Building strong, positive relationships with service center customers.
Taking part in service meetings focused on safety, technical updates, and team communication
Supporting and promoting our RV Customer Service Philosophy and Standards.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Understand the service process.
Analysis/problem solving skills.
Demonstrate commitment to and creative thinking for continuous improvement.
High ability to multi-task.
Ability to develop and maintain a good business relationship with both external and internal customers.
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
Must have a current active driver's license.
