**Pay Rate:** _The pay rate for this job is $21 - $21 / hour*_ **What you'll be doing as an Truss Assembler:** + Perform general site clean-up + Move, load, or unload materials + Assist in light construction if necessary + Remove debris and trash from work site + Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training + Use equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment **Available shifts:** Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) **Job requirements:** + Stack trusses so that they are easily handled and ready for loading.

Band trusses together so that stacks are tight and can be safely handled + Watch for any gaps in joints, missing plates, and trusses that appear to not match the configuration of other trusses.

Notify table leaders of any truss problems + Attach seat plates to trusses as needed + Keep the truss staging area clean and free of debris + Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor + 100% of the day - Heavy lifting throughout the day - from 20 lbs to 200 lbs + with assistance + Constant bending while lifting + Working outside in the elements + Background check required **Ready to take control of the way you work?** Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today.
