CNC Millwork Operator

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Millwork Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience programming and operating CNC machinery for custom architectural millwork production.

This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, precision machining, and CAD/CAM software.

Monday To Friday Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate CNC routers and related equipment for millwork production Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications Ensure high-quality output by performing inspections and measurements Maintain tools and equipment, and perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery Work collaboratively with design and production teams to optimize workflow and output Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Requirements: 2+ years of experience operating CNC routers in a millwork or woodworking environment Proficient with CNC software such as AutoCAD, Mastercam, or similar Familiarity with woodworking materials (MDF, plywood, hardwoods, laminates) Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
