Position Overview:
We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager (MAM) to manage medical activities within one or more therapeutic areas under the guidance of the Medical Director/TA Lead. The MAM will collaborate with marketing and market access teams while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing the Medical Affairs strategy and budget for assigned therapeutic areas.
Managing high-level scientific engagements with stakeholders, dedicating at least 50% of time to customer interactions through various communication methods.
Offering medical insights to support business strategies and engaging with regulatory authorities.
Representing the company in external and internal collaborations, including Advisory Boards and scientific meetings.
Key Qualifications:
Medical or Pharmaceutical Degree (preferred), or a PhD in life sciences.
Strong understanding of therapeutic areas, local regulations, and drug development processes.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Facilitate scientific interactions and training for internal teams.
Support market access strategies and compliance reporting.
