We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Shop Helper for a 2nd shift temp-to-hire opportunity in St. Michael, MN. Key Responsibilities:

Work in a clean, organized shop environment.

Perform deburring and basic assembly of metal components.

Assist with metal finishing and coating applications.

Conduct spot welding under supervision.

Support shipping and receiving functions.

Cross-train in other production areas as needed to support team workflow.

Qualifications:
