About the Role: Grand Valley Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Activity Assistants
To encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities.
To maintain all records relating to activities and complete all paperwork on a timely basis.
Assist with seasonal activities and bulletin boards.
Complete initial activity interest assessment
Assist Activity Director in integrating the activity department with other departmentsAbout you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience.
High School Graduate or its equivalent is preferred
Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.
Ability to read and write in English, ability to communicate with residents, families, personnel and support agencies.
Must be capable of extended periods of standing and bending.
