What you’ll do:

Build and manage a pipeline of new clients while maintaining a healthy balance across industries.

Reach out to prospects with tailored, thoughtful communications that address their unique needs and goals.

Schedule presentations, gather client details, and create pricing proposals for recruitment projects.

Communicate professionally, with confidence and a polished demeanor in every interaction.

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of B2B experience with a proven track record of closing deals.

A natural talent for spotting opportunities and crafting personalized outreach.

Familiarity with B2B tools for pipeline-building.

Strong communication skills, a professional presence, and a confident yet approachable personality.

Experience in recruiting or B2B sales is a big plus, as is having a solid professional network.

What you’ll get:

Base Salary: $40,000 per year.

Commission: A tiered structure that could take your earnings to $200,000+ annually, with 2.5%-5% commission on revenue from new clients based on performance.
