About the role
Our client are looking for an extremely motivated and driven Product Line Manager who can lead the market positioning of their technology as well as their strategic partnership strategies in various value chains. From collaborating with Engineering and Technology teams to improving tech to conducting market research, this is a broad role where you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact immediately, and work with a fantastic group of people.
A day in the life
As the Product Line Manager, you could:
• Develop and execute strategic partnership and supply chain strategies for Market and Sales enabling partnerships and third-party delivery capability partnerships to include ;
o Identify Objectives: Define the goals and objectives of the partnership.
o Research Potential Partners: Identify organizations or individuals who align with your objectives and values. Look for partners that can complement the client strengths and address gaps or enhancements to their market offering.
o Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research on potential partners to understand their strengths, weaknesses, reputation, and alignment with their goals.
o Develop Partnership Proposals: Create detailed proposals outlining the partnership's goals, benefits, roles, and responsibilities of each party. Include a clear value proposition for potential partners.
o Support initiation and formation of agreements
o Implementation Plan: Develop detailed implementation plan (s) that include timelines, milestones, and resources required.
o Communication Strategy: Establish a communication plan (s) to ensure regular and open communication between partners
• Develop a clear value proposition for the client technology in each application / segment and create sales / P&L tools to aid in selling
• Map FT value chains and competitive landscapes and develop complete and distinct business strategies for the client in each segment
• Collaborate the engineering and technology teams to improve the technology, including the integration of technologies upstream and downstream from the reactor, by setting and driving the achievement of technical KPIs that further differentiate the client
• Develop pricing policy covering the full client suite of products and services including licensing
• Evaluate opportunity strategies, facilitating go/no-go decisions on each proposal
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape including identification and analysis of competitor partnering landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and technical sales to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide training and support, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to effectively sell our products.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
About You
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• You have more than three years of experience in product marketing or strategy, preferably in the clean energy industry
• You’re an expert when it comes to understanding market research, product positioning and go to-market strategies.
• You’re an excellent communicator. You adjust your style to your audience
• You’re an effective collaborator. You can work independently but you get so much more done when working well with others.
• You’re analytical. You can make sense of complex data and this ultimately drives your decisions.
• You’re a guru in all things digital marketing; tools, platforms

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work best when having deadlines to meet.
• You’re confident with using Microsoft Office 365 products.
