Requirements:

A Tractor that Meets or Exceeds FMCSA Safety Regulations - Year 2000 Tractor or Newer

Class A CDL

12 Months of Tractor Trailer Experience in Last 3 Years

No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

Can not have own Authority
