Internal Content Baker

Works closely with the Internal Content Kitchen Manager in mixing and baking cookies for recipe content.

Prepares materials and performs kitchen tasks for internal content production, coordinating ingredients, and performing other Crumbl operational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Mix Crumbl cookie dough to perfection, following both new and familiar recipes.

Assist in the creation of Crumbl HQ’s recipe content.

Review recipe content to catch errors or operational inconsistencies during mixing of cookies

Understands and demonstrates the correct Crumbl practices in recipe videos at all times.

Follow and maintain proper food and kitchen safety standards.

Cleaning dishes, countertops, floors and all other equipment.

Monitoring expiration dates and using the correct ingredients. FIFO (First In First Out)

Knowing and employing proper safety measures for all equipment in a Crumbl kitchen.

Assist the Internal Content Kitchen Lead with project management and other recipe content coordination, as needed.

Qualifications

3+ months of experience working in a Crumbl kitchen or similar environment

Excellent mixing skills, preferably using Hobart mixers

Ability to closely follow detailed instructions

Time management and organizational skills

Written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail.

Firm understanding of Crumbl operations, policies, requirements and best practices.

Basic understanding of instructional design principles

In depth understanding of equipment and food safety.

Extra credit:

Experience presenting in front of a camera

Ability to read and present information in an engaging way

Experience setting up video production equipment
