Position Details:

Weekend Shift:

Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts).

5:15 AM to 5:45 PM

Afternoon Shift:

Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).

3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.

Pay Range:

$24 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC band saws to cut various steel materials according to technical specifications.

Read and interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and safety procedures.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Ensure quality control of cuts and finished products.

Adhere to Marcon's rigorous safety standards and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating CNC band saws in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentation.

Solid understanding of steel fabrication techniques and various steel grades.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

A commitment to safety and quality standards.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, and precision measurement tools is a plus.
