Your Role as a Managing Director: Responsible for the overall operation of the salon while ensuring that it meets all standards set forth by the company in all areas of sales and operations.

Meets or exceeds sales and operational goals.

Ensures that all clients and team members receive the ultimate experience.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years management experience - some sales experience preferred.

Guides team to meet goals along with creating a safe and positive work environment to promote success and ensuring the ultimate employee experience (UEE) to all.

Manage the P&L of the center.

Engaging with strong, persuasive selling and negotiation skills.

Can quickly assess any problems and determine a timely amicable appropriate solution.

Have the ambition to continuously improve and eagerness to learn new skills and continued growth in self-development and promote continued growth for team members.

Passionate and energetic about helping others, displaying genuine care and compassion.

Ability to build trust and preserve strong client and team relationships.

Strong Interpersonal, verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Provide the client the best service and ultimate client experience (UCE). Business Management or equivalent work experience.

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a plus.
