We are seeking to hire a Regulatory Research Analyst to be based in our EU office (Sofia, Bulgaria). If you have more than 2 years of regulatory and/or legal experience, we'd love for you to apply.

What You'll Do!

Research and analyze the relevant laws, regulations, and standards, focusing on the EU region’s chemical management and safety data sheet regulatory compliance.

Conduct a comparative analysis on the EU member states' chemicals regulatory requirements.

Write regulatory news for regulatory changes and development (including up and coming legislation) in the EU region.

Compile information from the laws, regulations, and standards and organise them for 3E’s product lines and services.

Conduct regulatory research, analysis, and writing for various regulatory topics (ad-hoc basis).

Provide customers with regulatory analysis and compliance requirements of the EU & its member states' rules and regulations.

What Makes You A Great Fit!

Law Degree (highly preferred)

B.A / B.S. in Law, Environmental Science, Health Sciences, Political Science or International Affairs (master’s degree highly preferred).

Excellent comprehension of reading English documents. Oral and written fluency or proficiency in English is required.

German and/or French language a plus

Chemicals regulatory framework at the EU level (EU CLP, REACH, RoHs, etc.) and/or Member states (a plus).

Strong problem-solving thinking skills

Two years (2) of regulatory/ legal experience (in chemicals compliance a plus)

EHS or chemicals regulatory affairs analyst (a plus)
