Senior Transportation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, staff supervision, and transportation engineering projects with agencies such as PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.

Client will pay more depending on experience.

Salary Range - $140k to $148k

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships with PennDOT, Turnpike, and other agencies.

Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technical staff.

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of transportation projects.

Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Provide technical expertise and mentorship to staff.

Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client outreach.

Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

12 to 15 years of experience in transportation engineering.

Proven client management experience, particularly with PennDOT and the Turnpike.

Strong supervisory and leadership experience.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
