As a TMS Business Partner, you will be responsible for communicating solutions to team members on questions they have with their information held within our HRIS, UKG Pro. On People Analytics, the focus is on all confidential team member data. This role’s responsibility is maintaining the health of our HRIS system and auditing the data received from various platforms. We are consistently running reports to analyze and perform daily audits to ensure all team members position information and pay reflect correctly. You will also be responsible for overseeing the configuration, support and design of current HR systems, and the specification, development, and implementation of new or redesigned HR systems.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reviews, analyzes and checks team member change forms accuracy and make necessary adjustments or corrections.

Manage workflow of team member movement, including promotions, transfers, demotions, to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.

Processes all leader and organization level changes for teams companywide.

Researches, analyzes and resolves team member information problems or questions.

Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to HRIS operations utilizing knowledge of the company and team breakdown.

Conducts training sessions for both team members and leaders to explain timekeeping system policies and procedures.

Partners with Team Relations on all team member movement as well as Data Services to ensure all information within the HRIS reflects correctly within all internal system it impacts. This includes the information in UZone, Salesforce, DEA Org Chart, Active Directory, Academy, Outlook, etc.

Perform regular assessments and improvements to HR systems, including evaluation and oversight of system upgrades and new functionality to optimize HR processes.

Implements system changes (updates, integrations, new configurations) and leads system testing plans.

Develops documentation, communication plans and lead training for changes to HR systems.

Secures production support, including researching, troubleshooting, and resolving HR systems problems.

Collaborating with People Analytics leader on process improvements and efficiencies
