The Digital Member Center Agent assists members and potential members with transactional requests, resolvs problems, and offers products and services that meet the stated or unstated needs of the member or potential member. The Digital Member Center Agent discusses services and products via phone, email, video, and other digital channels, with the purpose is enhance the digital adoption by members and key performance indicators. The Digital Member Center Agent is expected to provide exceptional member service, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators set forth by management.
Provide service to members and potential members through digital channels. Processing day-today transactions. Answer questions about products and services and resolve issues that are within their ability and authority. Escalating calls only when necessary to a supervisor, while adhering to a one-stop resolution model. Troubleshoot card and bill payment issues.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to offer products and services that meet member and potential member needs, to support Credit Union growth and sustainability. Assist with mailing member communication such as Birthday and New loan letters, welcome packets, and the like.
Expected to always safeguard member information with the highest level of confidentiality and verification. Referring members to proper service areas if not within the realm of the Digital Member Center. Staying current on fraud and scams, to protect and prevent members from falling victim.
