Litigation Attorney

$125,000 - $165,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and ensure accurate interpretation of laws and regulations.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions, advocating for their best interests.

Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to build a strong case and provide effective legal representation.

Stay current on legal developments, precedents, and best practices in litigation to continuously improve legal services and outcomes.Qualifications:

Possess a valid license to practice law in California.

Show 0-5 years of litigation or other relevant experience.

Demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing skills.

Exhibit outstanding oral advocacy abilities.

Embrace a collaborative and collegial work approach.

Maintain a strong work ethic and the capability to handle multiple deadlines.
