Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Barista. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests by greeting them, performing guest transactions, and answering phone calls, all while managing the front desk operations. The successful candidate will support the Front Office Supervisor and help ensure that we exceed our guests’ satisfaction.
Specific Duties
Assist in maximizing revenue goals through strategic selling based on occupancy and competition
Efficiently coordinate daily arrivals and departures, including special requests
Adhere to hotel’s cash handling procedures
Maintain a neat and organized front office environment
Communicate daily activities to appropriate departments
Seek guest feedback and resolve problems with management assistance to exceed guest expectations
Respond to and report emergency and security issues to management
Report health, safety, or hazard concerns to the supervisor
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld
Manage front desk operations, including shift reports and cash drops
Attend meetings and training as required
Handle proper key control
Comply with hotel and brand standards
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities
Familiarize with the PMS system
Be flexible with shift work and cover for absent associates
Continue working until the next shift arrives
Send a daily end-of-shift activity report to the Supervisor and General Manager

Maintain personal cleanliness and professionalism
Education/Experience
Customer service experience and/or hotel front desk experience preferred
Language Skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Proficient in English for understanding business documents and effective interaction
