Job Title: SharePoint Solution Developer

Primary Responsibilities:
Migrate SharePoint server-side solutions from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2016.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom application issues; provide root cause analysis promptly.
Create and maintain SharePoint sites, including site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and other components.
Design, develop, and integrate system specifications and product solutions.
Collaborate with product and program teams to deliver solutions.
Refactor and update SharePoint server-side applications and services to current SharePoint platforms.
Maintain, configure, and enhance SharePoint solutions and artifacts following migration.
Perform additional tasks as needed. Required Experience and Skills:
5+ years of SharePoint server-side development (SharePoint 2007–2016).
8+ years of overall software development experience.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).
Deep understanding of SharePoint site templates, custom and OOB master pages, and page layouts.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint server artifacts and services.
Strong SQL Server skills including complex queries and performance troubleshooting.
Experience developing and migrating InfoPath forms with code behind.
Solid understanding of authentication methods including Kerberos.
Experience with third-party migration tools (e.g., Sharegate) preferred.
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills.
Web development skills including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries.
Knowledge of web service protocols (SOAP, OData, REST).
Client-side debugging, ULS log analysis, and network trace analysis experience.
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development is a plus.
Familiarity with TFS (Team Foundation Server) and Git. General Requirements:
