Billing Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the electrical utilities sector, is seeking a Billing Representative to join their team. As a Billing Representative, you will be part of the finance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Billing Representative

Location: Gahanna, OH (Onsite)

Pay Range: $23.57/hr

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension or convert to FTE

What's the Job?

Process up to 700 invoices each month with accuracy and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and external vendors to resolve issues.

Assist in document processing and filing in both hard copy and electronic formats.

Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED.

At least six months of experience in administrative office procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and 10-key calculator.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
