Punch Press Operator-2nd shift

OpSource is excited to partner with a reputable Custom Stamped Components company located in Campobello, SC. We are currently seeking a skilled Press Operator to join the team.

As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating press machinery to produce high-quality stamp components. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for working in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Pay: $18/hr plus shift premium

Shift Details:

Training will be done on 1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm. Once trained you will move to 2nd shift 2:00pm to 12am, 4 days a week M-Thurs (pay $19.80)

Requirements:

Must have mechanical ability/knowledge of how to use hand tools, fixtures, gages, etc.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Press Operator

Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.

Ability to use/operate micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.

Setup, operate, and tend machines.

Ability in mechanics and able to read blueprints and read/operate rulers

Must be able to multi-task while paying close attention to detail.

Qualifications for the position:

Must have HSD or GED

Must be mechanically inclined.

Blueprint reading a plus.
