Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Proposal & Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing technical and commercial proposal preparation, supporting office administration, and facilitating efficient communication with external stakeholders and authorities.

This position is ideal for an engineering graduate with relevant experience; this position offers the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment while contributing to impactful projects in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalise high-quality technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the responsible team lead. Coordinate proposal timelines, gather required inputs, and ensure on-time submission.

Manage and organise the company records, reports, and communication effectively.

Assist the management team in day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency.

Provide general administrative and technical documentation support as needed.

Liaise with external parties, including authorities, to facilitate administrative tasks and complete required documentation.

Support office administration, including documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and follow up on action items.

Provide general administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in proposal preparation, bid coordination, or administrative support in technical or engineering industries.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Familiarity with administrative processes and document management is a plus.
