We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join a high-performing manufacturing team. This role involves operating mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses (95-1000 Ton) to produce precision metal components for major OEMs. Attention to detail and quality inspection are critical, as you'll be working with highly cosmetic parts. Ideal candidates thrive in a physical, fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate metal stamping equipment

Adjust machine settings for temperature, cycle time, speed, and feed rates

Align and secure materials, inspect part quality using check aids or visual inspection

Tag and track finished parts, log accurate production and scrap data

Maintain a safe, clean, and ISO-compliant work area Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience operating and setting up stamping presses required

Must be able to continually lift parts weighing 5-35 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally)

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality and efficiency standards

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and perform repetitive physical tasks (lifting, bending, twisting)

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Benefits and Perks:

The base salary range for this position is $20-23/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
