As a Product Associate in Fusion Product, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities

Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap

Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making

Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals

Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches

Builds and maintain relationship with client to understand their data needs and requirements.

Serves as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

Leads and coordinate the implementation process, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet client specifications.

Conducts regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Develops and delivers training sessions to empower clients with knowledge of platform features and best practices.

Creates and enables efficiency through the creation of runbooks, as well as document opportunities for process automation.

Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area

Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle

Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction

Strong at building relationships and working on cross-functional teams

Ability to work autonomously, identify and solve problems and know when to escalate issues

Broad understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures, including cloud, data management and APIs

Functional skills in Python, SQL and other database technologies

Exposure to operational management and change readiness work-stream

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Basic understanding of financial markets and Securities Services (custody, middle office and accounting)

Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes

Experience in Data Science or similar field
