Description
Position Summary:
Monitor the production of assigned shift for production operations. Maintain production balance within operations so workflow is efficient throughout distribution center. Communicate any production flow issues to supervision in a timely manner. Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Review specific shift orders and made necessary adjustment to pick stations
Review and identify high volume items to prevent scratches
Assign work authority and vehicles for the shift
Assign staging lanes, carriers, trailers and doors to all routes
Assign waves based on shifts resources and scheduled pull times
Release production on the floor
Verify all orders have been routed and waved for the shift
Verify the status of the routes throughout the shift
Work with shipping office to reroute product as needed

Qualifications
Desired Previous Job Experience
3-5 years in distribution center site with exposure to production roles
Working knowledge of various software systems and screens used at site
High school education or equivalent Minimum Position Qualifications:
2 years of warehouse experience
Organizational, time management
Customer service skills
Strong computer skills, ability to learn and apply new systems and software
Ability to work autonomously with minimal of supervision
Ability to work in stressful setting, meet deadlines, adapt to changing conditions
