Outreach and Admissions / Career Transition Specialist Manager:

Alternate Perspectives, Inc. (API) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Outreach Admissions / Career Transition Services (CTS) Manager to join our team at one of our Job Corps Centers. In this dynamic role, you'll play a pivotal part in transforming the lives of young adults by leading outreach, admissions, and career transition efforts.

If you want to be a part of a dynamic team that helps young people ages 16-24 years old, this job is for you! You will be a part of the nation's most successful youth training and education program, Job Corps, for the past 60 years.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Career Specialists and Admissions Representatives.

Oversee recruitment, admissions, and career transition services to meet performance goals.

Develop strategic outreach programs and partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and government agencies.

Train and mentor staff in best practices for student placement and career transition.

Monitor program effectiveness and ensure compliance with government and management directives.

Coordinate and approve all student admissions and placement documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience (including 1 year in a supervisory role). Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Technical: Proficiency in computer applications and data tracking systems.

Other Requirements: A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
