Certifications: Active MO license, ABMS/AOA BC in EM, or BC in 5 yrs. of residency, FM, FP, IM, & PEDS BC accepted with 5 years of EM experience, ACLS, NIHSS, & PALS required, regardless of BC status, Clean background/malpractice, ATLS needed for Non-EM Boarded, and NO GRACE period for ATLS
