Job Description

Our practice is buzzing with excitement to welcome a new veterinarian to our passionate, animal-loving team! Our doctors and staff are eager to bring aboard another dedicated DVM to join our mission of exceptional care.

Our hospital blends a lively pace with a laid-back vibe. With two doctors, two certified veterinary technicians, and a stellar practice manager (who’s also a tech), we operate as a tight-knit unit. Our diverse urban-rural clientele loves our warm, inclusive approach, making every day here fulfilling.

What We Bring:

Flexibility: Full- or part-time roles with a fixed 4-day week, rotating half-day Saturdays, and no on-call duties.

Compensation: Tailored to you—share your expectations, and we’ll craft a package reflecting your skills and experience. Sign on Bonus!

PTO: Unlimited—yes, really!

Support: A 1:1 doctor-to-tech ratio with skilled staff to handle the details, letting you focus on patients.

Growth: Ample CE allowance, free in-house CE (including wet labs), workshops, and retreats to fuel your professional edge.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, 401(k), Roth(k), plus a stipend for health premiums. We also cover liability, licensure dues, DEA registration, and professional memberships.

Voice: Open communication with leadership—your ideas matter here.

About the Area:

Lindstrom, a gem in Minnesota’s lake country, is framed by stunning natural beauty. Cross the channel bridge between its twin lakes into a lively town brimming with quirky shops, eateries, and legendary Scandinavian donuts. Known as “Little Sweden,” it’s a historic spot where boating, fishing, kayaking, and camping thrive year-round. With top-notch schools, housing, and a tight-knit community feel, it’s an ideal place to live and work.

Qualifications:

DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.

Valid state licensure and eligibility for DEA/BNDD.

Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.

Ability to lift 25 lbs independently, or more with assistance.

Your Life, Your Balance: Tell us what matters most outside of work—we’ll ensure this role fits your personal and professional goals. Ready to join a team that’s all in for animals and each other?
