West Jefferson piping company looking for Parts Picker Associates with cherry picker experience. Valid drivers license required.

Schedule: 2: 30pm - 1: 00a, Mon-Thurs w/ overtime and Saturdays if needed

General Overview (must be flexible to complete other assigned task as needed):

RF Scanner to pick parts in shipping.

Must be computer proficient to check orders in system and update if necessary.

Responsible for processing all paperwork related to picking, packing & shipping customer orders.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Will be responsible conducting cycle counts and inventory functions.

Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions in English to understand equipment manuals.

Math skills required - add, subtract, multiply, divide, and ability read a tape measure.

Maintain records, take inventory and prepare reports as required.

Prior warehouse experience with an RF Scanning Inventory system will be considered an asset

Physical:

Ability to work with medium/heavy lifting while standing, bending, walking, banding and working on equipment. Lifting can be 50-100lbs.

Ability to perform basic setups and minor adjustments on machines.

Must be able to work with elevated heights of up to 14 feet.

Working Conditions:

Factory setting, non-temp controlled, will be working with metal pipe and oil, steel toed boots required. Safety glasses and ear plugs provided.
