Job Description

Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to our training team who will report to our Training Manager as part of our dynamic Sales Excellence and Training Team in LINDBERG.

The LINDBERG Training Team delivers in-depth knowledge and expertise worldwide, empowering partners and sales representatives with a deep understanding of the brand. The team is key in strengthening global brand awareness and ensuring the LINDBERG identity is consistently represented worldwide.

How you will contribute

Onboarding new sales representatives from across the world

Coordinate training schedules

Conduct training sessions for new sales representatives

Help plan and execute internal training of staff

Coordinate and assist in planning sales academies for our customers worldwide

Assists in creating content for our customer portal on the homepage

Developing and maintaining relevant content for both training sessions and our digital learning platform

Daily ad hoc tasks within the team

Who you are

You are fluent in English and preferably speak additional languages.

You are a team player and can prioritize work effectively.

You are a structured, adaptable, quality-conscious, and smiling colleague who thrives in everyday life with fluctuating busyness, where the overview and good energy must be preserved.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Good presentation skills
