Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Machinist for our client in Poway, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a vertically integrated company specializing in high-quality plastic materials.

Location: Poway, CA

Pay: $25–$30/hour + Overtime Opportunities

Set up and operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency

Work with plastic materials in a clean, organized environment

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools

Maintain safety standards and collaborate with team membersWhat We’re Looking For:

2+ years of machining experience, including set-up and milling

Familiarity with FANUC controls; Fadal experience is a plus

Strong computer and math skills for precise machining

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
