Are you a proven leader in the shop with a strong mechanical background and the ability to command a crew with confidence and precision? We're looking for a Shop Foreman who thrives in fast-paced environments, keeps things moving on schedule, and has hands-on expertise with heavy trucks and diesel engines.

What Youll Be Doing:

Leading a team of mechanics and technicians in daily shop operations

Assigning, supervising, and inspecting repair and maintenance work on a variety of heavy trucks and diesel engines

Prioritizing tasks and managing shop workflow to meet deadlines

Ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to high-quality standards Coordinating with other departments to keep equipment operational and downtime minimal

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics and apprentices

Managing inventory, parts orders, and maintenance records

What Were Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in a diesel mechanic environment

Strong time management and organizational skills you know how to run a tight ship!

Deep knowledge of hydraulics, engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics for heavy trucks

Ability to problem-solve on the fly and keep calm under pressure

A hands-on leader who isnt afraid to get in there when needed CDL and ASE certifications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
