Responsibility:
· Learn different aspects of the tire business
· Assist assigned location with anything necessary
· Participate in hands on training in different roles throughout the company
· Develop network of resources and assets within the company to assist with future positions in the company
· Learn to effectively utilize point of sale system (MaddenCo)
Initiate meetings with their supervisor to regularly discuss and receive feedback on their progress in the training program
Fulfil all learning and assessment requirements of the training program, ensuring these are submitted on time
Listen carefully to feedback, and avoid internally refuting or categorically defending themselves against feedback they perceive to be negative
Skills / Education / Requirements:
· Must pass pre-employment drug screen
· Must be 21 years of age to apply
· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or in pursuit of
· Active driver’s license
· Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
· Willingness to relocate is preferred
· Self-starter and willing to learn
