Job Title: Head of Investment and Partnership Unit

Location: Aseese, Ogun State (Virtual for now)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary:

The Head of Investment and Partnership Unit will lead the development and implementation of investment and partnership strategies to drive economic growth, promote business development, and enhance international trade competitiveness. This role will oversee the LoveWorld Trade & Investment Centre (LTIC) and collaborate with Strategic Business Organizations (SBOs), government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement investment and partnership strategies to attract foreign and domestic investment.

2. Lead the LoveWorld Trade & Investment Centre (LTIC) to provide strategic investment solutions and support business growth.

3. Collaborate with SBOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify investment opportunities and promote trade development.

4. Analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to inform investment decisions.

5. Drive relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and economic development.

6. Develop and maintain partnerships with key organizations, institutions, and government agencies.

7. Provide leadership and guidance to the Investment and Partnership Unit team.

8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of investment and partnership initiatives.

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance, International Trade).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in investment and partnership development.with experience in large public/private entities.

- Appropriate Professional Certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA).

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
