The Position

In this transformative role, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making, tasked with developing robust analytics dashboards, pushing the boundaries of data-based insights and measuring performance/value of our strategy. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, create engaging data visualisations, making suggestions on how we keep growing and measure ourselves on the right performance indicators. You will also play a pivotal role in problem-solving workshops using Lean methodologies. Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with business stakeholders to offer novel insights, enabling the identification and interpretation of trends and patterns.

Building reliable business analytics dashboards to provide insights that drive business intelligence, optimise effectiveness, and predict outcomes.

Facilitating Lean workshops to address and resolve complex challenges through structured analysis.

Creating ongoing reports and compelling data visualisations, aiding in effective data storytelling.

Proactively infusing the latest insights across teams to maintain a unified source of truth for data analysis and insights.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to bring:

A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Engineering or a related field with analytical background.

At least 6 years of experience in business analytics and strategic performance management along with proactiveness in using your analytical capabilities.

Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence and strong proficiency in tools like MS Excel and ideally also Power BI.

Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects.

A strong Lean skillset is desirable.

Your role will be vital in developing innovative analytical approaches that enhance the performance of External Supply. Your success will stem from your proactivity, strategic vision, analytical acumen, and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
