Machine Parts Loader 2nd Shift

Phillips Staffing is hiring a Machine Parts Loader for an innovative manufacturer of marine and industrial transmissions in Liberty, SC! Responsibilities:

Load and unload machine parts safely and efficiently.

Perform quality checks on parts using calipers and micrometers.

Accurately follow standard work instructions and training guidelines.

Complete required documentation related to part inspection and production.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.

Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.

Communicate any issues with machines, parts, or tools to the supervisor promptly.

Assist in other areas of the department as needed.Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Ability to read calipers and micrometers, or willingness to learn

Good basic math skills

Mechanically inclined and safety-conscious

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shiftTraining & Shift Details:

Training Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (with required overtime Friday/Saturday)

Regular Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am (with required overtime Friday/Saturday)Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
