Acloché is looking for a skilled candidate to assist a local client with tech communications in Grove City.

Job Title: Imaging

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Role Overview:

As an Imaging Tech, you will build and configure systems and communicate with end users. This includes contacting them via email, Teams meetings, and phone calls to reset passwords and confirm shipping addresses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update end users through email and Teams

- Test and troubleshoot client systems

- Enter required data accurately

- Inspect quality for completed processes

- Follow a punctual schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and set up virtual appointments with end users

Qualifications: Candidates must know:

- How to navigate Microsoft Windows 10 and 11

- BIOS settings

- PXE boot options

- Installing applications

- Syncing cloud data

- Using Microsoft Excel

- Effective email communication

- Managing multiple tasks (configuring up to 8 laptops at once)

- Strong organizational skills

- Completing build sheets (QA documentation)

- Following a punctual schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and setting up virtual appointments with end users.
