Technical field service experience with CNC grinding machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs

Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and other technical drawings

Basic knowledge of electrical and fluid power circuits is preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on capability

Responsibilities

Conduct field service at customer facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of CNC tool and cutter grinding machines

Provide comprehensive support to customers through onsite visits, phone calls, and emails to address inquiries and troubleshoot issues

Expect up to 80% travel within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to support customer needs

Qualifications

Experience with CNC grinding machinery and remote support

Ability to handle technical queries related to maintenance, mechanical/electrical drawings, and part identification

Experience in the installation of CNC grinding machines at customer facilities

Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred but not mandatory

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
